PAN Network is truly global in scope. PAN has helped create several successful peace forums including the India/Pakistan, Israeli/Arab, Greek/Turkish, Turkish/American, Jewish/Arab/Muslim/American (JAMA), and US/Arab forums. PAN has also launched a forum related to microcredit. The forums all begin by building understanding between members on opposite sides of conflicts, and then undertake activities ranging from meeting with political leaders to initiate policy changes, to promoting peace through cross-cultural communication among YPOers, to championing specific media, business, and micro-enterprise initiatives in conflict areas.

PAN has championed several successful Global Conference Calls. These calls, which have covered timely and relevant issues relating to global and regional conflict, have included top resources such as NY Times columnist Tom Friedman and the Israeli and Palestinian authors of the Geneva Accords. They consistently receive some of YPO’s top ratings, and the inside perspective offered makes for a unique “only in YPO” experience. Several calls are planned for 2005.
